Parkiraj BL is a joint digital service that brings together parking locations managed by the following legal entities:

1. What cookies are

5. Google Maps

The website uses Google Maps Platform to display parking locations, maps, markers, navigation links, and finding the nearest parking location.

When Google Maps content is loaded, Google may receive technical data, including IP address, device and browser data, date and time of the request, and information about interaction with the map.

Google may use cookies and similar technologies in accordance with its rules and terms of use.

If Google Maps is not technically necessary for displaying the page, the map should be blocked until the user gives consent. Instead of the map, a notice may be displayed with the option to load it subsequently.

6. Device geolocation

The “Find nearest parking” function may request the user’s permission to access device location.

Geolocation is not a cookie, but it constitutes processing of location data. Location is obtained only after clear permission from the user through the internet browser or operating system.

The user may refuse location access or later withdraw permission through device or browser settings. Refusing access does not prevent manual browsing of parking locations.

7. Consent management

On the first visit to the website, the user is shown a cookie notice with the option to:

  • accept all cookies;
  • reject all non-essential cookies;
  • select individual categories;
  • continue with necessary cookies only.

Non-essential cookies must not be set before the user makes the appropriate choice.

The button for rejecting non-essential cookies should be equally accessible as the button for accepting them.

The user’s choice is stored for a certain period so that the notice is not shown on every visit. After expiry of that period or a significant change to the cookies used, the user’s choice may again be requested.

8. Withdrawal or change of consent

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

12. WordPress and Elementor
