6. Device geolocation

The “Find the nearest parking location” function may request the user’s permission to access the location of the device.

Geolocation is not a cookie, but it constitutes processing of location data. The location is obtained only after the user gives clear permission through the internet browser or operating system.

The user may refuse access to the location or later withdraw permission through the device or browser settings. Refusing access does not prevent manual browsing of parking locations.
